Tip T2547 - Speed set by jumpers/switch. For flexibility, consider by BIOS/software.

Fix: Set BIOS to ignore switches/jumpers or set switches to BIOS speed. Then set the speeds via the BIOS. This will also allow Sandra to read-back the speed settings.
